In 2022, CCF's goal will be to support organizations whose work advances the principles of Opportunity, Equity, and Inclusion for historically underserved or underrepresented communities through a lens of leadership development.

In particular, funds raised through CCF will go towards:

• "Upskilling" | job training programs

  • including Leadership Development and Mentorship programs at CHMC

• Organizations whose work disrupts | revolutionizes systems, industries, and societal constructs in order to remove barriers and inequities in:

  • entrepreneurs | start-up communities {specifically access to capital}

• Organizations whose work serves to regenerate and/or restore communities by addressing challenges rooted in:

  • leadership development to help create the next generation of minds to drive change in the community
